We believe in team leadership. We are led by the Board of Elders where our senior pastor is ex-officio. Our Voters Assembly elects the members of the Board of Elders and assigns the senior pastor every three years. We prepare the next generation of leaders and ministers.
We baptize infants, children and adults either by pouring water on their heads or by whole immersion.

As Lead Pastor, Pastor Demeke provides spiritual oversight and vision for our congregation. He is dedicated to preaching God's Word with clarity and conviction, nurturing believers through discipleship, leading our weekly Bible study, and teaching confirmation class to guide believers of every age deeper in their faith. He also offers pastoral counseling, visits those in need, and equips our church family to live out the Gospel in daily life.
Pastor Bekele faithfully serves our congregation through sound biblical teaching, intentional discipleship, and compassionate pastoral care. He walks alongside our members in their spiritual journeys, provides encouragement and counsel, and helps shepherd the flock at Peniel with humility and dedication. His heart is to see every believer grow in grace, mature in faith, and flourish in community.
